After a complaint from Microsoft, Sony had to remove all playable Playstation II consoles from their exhibition booth.
In the rules of the Cebit it is only allowed the show those machines but make them not accessible to the visitors.
Microsoft complained against Sony at the Cebit management and the managment agreed and so Sony had to remove them.
Microsoft itself is only showing their Xbox machine to the fair visitors on their booth but many Xbox machines are playable on other places at the CeBIT... It's all a marketing question isn't it?
