Block Site - Stayed Focused is a Chrome extension that permits you to block access to websites that may be distracting.
This extension gives you the option to deny access to user-defined websites permanently or by setting a schedule. Block Site can be used during your scheduled work hours or at home when the kids are on a shared machine and need to be kept on task. You can also block all sites by category. Block Site can be password protected so that the sites selected for blocking remain so.
Other similar extensions/add-ons do the same, but this one doesn't come with a re-loaded blocklist; you build one up over time, depending on your specific needs. Set up is a breeze through the extension's organized dashboard.
