To read the clock, you will have to figure out the binary number represented by each column. If you are a novice in binary, you can use the show binary digit box in settings, which will help you at the initial stage.
You can change several settings in Binary Clock's settings menu. You can change the colors of the Clock, and the date and time format can also be edited.
If you are running Windows 8.1 or 10 and are unable to install this app, you may need Desktop Gadgets Revived or similar to be able to utilize Binary Clock.
