While piloting you need to pay attention to fuel and ammo levels, or you'll be left deadstick with no way to protect yourself. Enemy ships come from all angles and speeds, and there are floating refuel and laser stations that you can pass through to replenish your ship. And since you need to refill your lasers, it means that you need to make your shots count and pull the classic 360 spin and fire move or you'll be out of firepower quick.

Battle Task 2153 includes a simple interface featuring attractive graphics, music and sound effects (both can be disabled), record-keeping of your high score, as well as the ability to play with either a keyboard, mouse, or gamepad/joystick. It is a simple game, but sometimes that is just what is needed - shoot, kill enemies, and have fun.
