We must admit this one was easy to overlook with its name. Its primary purpose is to support the proper rendering of most complex scripts and allow you to assign different fonts to different scripts to facilitate multi-script text editing.
Yes, it's still a text editor with a simple-to-use interface and more options than you could use. We wanted to list some features here or copy and paste them from the author's page, but seriously we're talking 4-5 pages of features.
