PC-Stats.Com have published their review about AMD's new baby, the Athlon XP 3200+ 400MHz FSB processor. Here's a snip: Because the AthlonXP 3200+ runs on a 200 MHz FSB, many of the older chipsets will not function properly with the new processor. Officially only the nForce2 (including nForce2 SPP, nForce2 IGP, etc) and VIA's brand new KT600 chipset support the processor. It is possible to run an AthlonXP 3200+ on older chipsets like the KT333, KT266A, etc but you'll have to overclock the motherboard and AGP/PCI slots. Please keep in mind there are no guarantee if you do this, and it does void all warranties Read the full review over here.
