AMD launched its Radeon RX 5700 XT and Radeon RX 5700 video cards this past summer on July 7th, 2019. At the top of its lineup is the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT with an MSRP of $399. This price point shocked everyone as we were expecting a more expensive video card before launch. However, AMD came to its senses and initiated a price drop before the video cards were even launched. This was a good thing because it made the video cards much more competitive.
