The world motherboard leaders Asustek and Gigabyte have held a joint board meeting on Aug 8, and announced a great decision at 3:30 (GMT +8) on the same day. When Gigabyte has completed certain of legal procedures, Asus would invest Gigabyte to create a joint-venture. It?s claimed the investment could improve the working efficiency, strengthen the quality, where the most important is to raise the stocks value.
