The idle temperatures of the system were similar on the CPU however the X800 was a full 10 degrees cooler which was an excellent result. When under heavy graphical load (Farcry) the advantages of watercooling become even clearer, where the standard air cooling of the X800 shows a temp of 62 degrees the Asetek unit keeps the system cooler than air was at idle temps. Under heavy CPU load (encoding) the air-cooling is nearly 10 degrees higher than the Asetek 12v.
