Typically, you have to right-click on the file and click on Unblock to run it. This registry fix solves that problem. Windows 10 Pro users can accomplish this with the Group Policy Editor.

Windows 10 Home users will need this registry fix and should back up their registry first.

It is possible to enable Group Policy Editor on Windows 10 Home, but it requires a few additional steps.

Windows 10 Pro users can use this registry fix as well or open Group Policy Editor and navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager > Do not preserve zone information in file attachments. Click on Enabled, Apply, OK.

It should go without saying that this is a security risk that should only be used by advanced users who understand the risk and have the need to disable this prompt.
