AppResourcesUsageView is designed to extract and display application resource usage information stored in the SRUDB.dat database of Windows 10 and 11.
AppResourcesUsageView is capable of loading the SRUDB.dat database from an external drive or an in-network remote machine. For remote machine loading/viewing, the application resources usage information will only work if the database file is not locked. Also, AppResourcesUsageView requires admin rights to run correctly and access the SRUDB.dat database.
Windows collects resources usage data automatically and includes the following information: Record ID, Timestamp, Application, User, Cycle Time (Foreground/Background), Face Time, Context Switches (Foreground/Background), Bytes Read/Written (Foreground/Background), Read/Write Operations Count (Foreground/Background).
AppResourcesUsageView can be a valuable tool for checking resource allocation or testing purposes. It is portable, so you can have it available no matter where you are.
