Apple MacBook and MacBook Pro users rejoiced when it was revealed to them that their notebooks have 802.11n Wi-Fi capabilities. Apple revealed the details when it launched the new Airport Extreme last week at MacWorld that would work with the Apple TV and existing Apple desktops and notebooks. The technology is the successor to 802.11g, which is able to transfer data at a theoretical rate of 108Mbps as apposed to 802.11g's 54Mbps. DailyTech has more.
