AMD just confirmed to us that EPYC ZEN 2 CPUs are well on the way to being sampled into datacenters in the 2nd half of 2018. Forrest Norrod assured us that Zen 3, Zen 4, and Zen 5 were steadily being worked on and would bring performance and feature upgrades certainly.
