Just got word from Martin that he's updated his AMD 762 tweaking guide and he's also got a bit more info on the OCZ exposed article! Here's what he's saying.
First of all I updated our 762 PCR file to fix a few things and added a little bit more.
What are the registers?
The chipset registers are pretty simple, they are memory locations in the northbridge that control the way it behaves. They control every aspect of the northbridge. Now as the northbridge is responsible for controlling the CPU, the memory bus, the AGP bus and the PCI bus, then its a pretty important part of your computer. The chipset registers are usually set by the BIOS at the time of boot-up, but by using some very useful pieces of software we can override these settings from Windows. This will help you find the maximum settings for your hardware without having to continually reboot. Of course when you set something too high your system will crash! Also some of the cheaper motherboards out there don't have all of the tweaks that are supported by the chipset. If that is the case this is the only way that you'll be able to make your system perform like you want. What sort of things can be changed?
You can change pretty much every setting available in the BIOS plus some more that aren't. You can change all the memory settings, RAS, CAS and so on. You can change your AGP aperture size, change AGP modes from 4x to 2x or 1x... and more.

The second of which is on this double feature is a link to a Mad Onion Thread talking about OCZ.
The pics and captions related to the pics I can verify as being 100% true. OCZ is based out of a very small place in a mini mall in a small town in Indiana. It is located directly behind a White Hen pantry. I'll take things a tiny bit further. Athlonoc.com and Forumoc.com are both owned by OCZ and operated by either employees of them or people who fit quite nicely in their pocket. I know this because I am the founder of AOC. I have NOT contributed articles there in nearly a year. For some reason my name frequently gets tied into OCZ related garbage. The writer who wrote 100% of those pro OCZ articles posted on AOC was named Mickey Sethi who if you were to go into OCZ's little office space you will find him working there on a daily basis. I have no ties with any of them. I have been working hard on contributing useful content right here at Mods4me.com
There's certainly a LOT of funky things going on over in Indiana nowadays. If you are currently associated with them watch yourself rather closely. They have pulled the wool over your eyes many times. Review samples are always fixed. Anybody who received samples of OCZ Quicksilver you really just got Arctic Silver with an OCZ sticker on it while the folks who forked over cash for this crap alot of times got nothing more than White thermal paste with dye in it... This stuff even extended to a LOT of other companies who make silver paste.
INCLUDING Antec who has silver thermal paste that is stocked on the shelves of CompUSA. It extends to a LOT of companies actually.
Dan Solomon Jr. left his position as "webmaster" of OCZ 3 weeks ago because he couldn't stand all the lies and deceptions... Therefore he pulled 3DChipset away from anything OCZ... Anybody else currently partnered with them will want to think about following suit. Things DO go alot further than any of you know... BUT I nor alot of other people want to stick out too far until there's hard evidence.
IF any of you have any questions about who FOC is run by check this out. http://www.mods4me.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1673. Just try posting a link questioning anything OCZ you'll be rather disappointed in what you see...
For alot of you this certainly isn't news...
