AltSnap is a fork of AltDrag, which also allows you to move and resize windows via the Alt key.

AltSnap is geared toward Windows users; it operates like AltDrag but has some differences: code simplification and hooks window removed due to the potential security risk as this required DLL injection in every application.

AltSnap works like AltDrag; hold down the Alt key, then click and drag the target window wherever you want. It allows a more simplified windows management. As noted on AltDrag, this particular behavior already exists in Linux, etc. AltDrag and now AltSnap were designed to carry this functionality over to Windows with the mission to copy that over to Windows.
