I have to admit that this work was inspired by jemaho. I'm used to make something like this for alpha-transparency but it's impossible in XP. Once he proved me that theme is what it's worth for. That inspired me about floating captionbar. I tried to work on it and see it's good enough to release now. Last update 01/11/2004
