Download and extract the two files:

Add Delete Folder Context Menu.reg
Remove Delete Folder Context Menu.reg

Double-click Add Delete Folder Context Menu.reg to show the Delete Folder Contents Context Menu.
Double-click Remove Delete Folder Context Menu.reg to remove the Delete Folder Contents Context Menu.

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.
