Well, I was experience this when I had just ZA Pro 3, BUT when I got Zone Alarm Pro Plus 3.1.258, I didn't experience this anymore, found it to load exactly when I clicked on it (like 5 secs...big deal) but in the regular 3.0 versions it took about 3 minutes to load :-/
