There are other reviews out there which come to the exact opposite conclusion. this really looks like a good product. ill try it out.

I dont believe any sites said the exact opposite.. infact all the reviews Ive seen have just said they were okay, or good not great at all. Also the other reviewers point out that it is somewhat hard to tell where the sound is coming from, especially the rear channels.. I would say youd be better off with some nice seinheissers (sp?) if your going to be listening to much music.. If its just games and you really want that 5.1 (even if you can barely tell) get these..
