In the English version, the rar file extracts to 2 files. What the second file is for? The one with .symbols.exe at the end.

Well, this new patch 5.3.2600.1164 works for me. (overwriting the DirectX9.0a file). The old patch (which has been taken down) did not. (with the 5.02.9xxxx version number)
