I find this program pretty good, it does what i need, and only with a click of a button, no need for registry hacks, and having too search through the Administrative tools/Services. Highly recommended.

If you dont like it, then dont use it, its that simple, but lots of people use, as it does a great job for what it was designed for.

The problem with XP-AntiSpy is with the description, heck, even the name of it. If you're a paranoid kinda guy, then yeah, go ahead & use it. Those with a bit more of a brain should check into what they are disabling first of all, rather than assuming that it's microsoft spying on you because "you" don't know what it does.
