Yes but the main point of this program is to make people aware of those various options in XP that `phone home' and let you disable any/all of them under one roof. Oh and also the new "-Added functionality to disable the start of MS Messenger every time Outlook Express starts" is a welcome addition as I don't want to completely uninstall Messenger yet but was sick of it loading up whenever I started Outlook Express.
