Not sure if you missed it but the first chart shows "overall system performance". So I dont realy understand why you asked that question.... the link you provided does show off well that Linux is very fast performing that type of process and shows XP slacking severly. However this is only 1 base test *not* "overall system performance"where as the tests that were ran here are a series of multiple tests. I am no expert but I can tell you that you can go to 10 different web sites concerning this and you will see 10 different results based upon which tests were ran. I personally wont base my judgement of XP against 2000 of just 1 or 2 web sites because of the huge variance of the types of tests and also the variance of system configurations that the tests are being ran. Just my 2 cents.
