ATi is only saying that PS3.0 isn't important because their "next generation" part the R420 turned out to be nothing more than a slightly speed-bumped R3xx! Everyone knows that you'll NEED PS3.0 to play all the good games! TeamDX is even recomending that you get a PS3.0 capable card to run any DX9.1 games!
