A damned fine card by the looks of the review, I wouldn't mind picking one up. :)

its also more expensive than a regular 9500pro, the tyan 9700pro is less expencive compared to the other 9700pro's on the market

Do you know how their 9700 Pro is? I'm seriously starting to give up on the idea of owning a 9500 Pro and am slowly shifting me yearnings towards a 9700 non-Pro now....
