This is one of the reasons why I've refused to jump onto the HDTV bandwagon these past months/year. Doesn't help that HD-DVD/Blu Ray have yet to fight it out.

lol there is no such thing as "Future Proof"......i mean really, the people the post this shit are so ignorant as to the facts..........only thing that will be 1080p will be a hd dvd or blu ray....maybe.......also, hp makes a dlp that will take 1080p over hdmi....
