Of course no one that posts on this site would ever be accused of being stupid, but then! This is why Sony is using Blu Ray, despite the price - anything on Blu Ray is liscensed but not owned by the consumer. Therefore can not be sold by the consumer.

So those 2nd-hand CD, DVD, book shops are all illegal?
