Not sure I believe what the Inquirer is reporting. According to the stats, the Ati card may or may not be faster (I think it'll be faster), but in the end the Ati card is the inferior of the two. Guess we'll find out which is faster when they go head to head in testing. The whole article reminded me of what some said about Win 3.11 vs the new (at the time) Win95, or 486 vs the new (at the time) Pentium. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry, left out a word in the previous reply. I ment to say, I don't think the Ati card will be faster than nVidia's NV40.
