dude you need to look at vmem too - enable it in the taskmanager. but my opera uses around 12mb of regular memory when i run with tabs open. outlook 2003 is around 2mb when its minimised and 6 when its maximised. but i got a gigabyte of ddr memory, so i cant really be bothered with minor problems like that.
