It's good that it's available for people who need it or want it. It will get bought and used and good things will come from it. I can think of some high end research, R&D, and design/production stuff that will make extensive use of it. The best part of this is that ATI can never, and will never again have anything that is faster then an Nvidia setup. You can pile in as much ATI stuff in your box as you want and it will never beat a computer full of Nvidia stuff. Except on price, but not speed. I'd like to see a glQuake timedemo with 20+ Nvidia GPU's.... can we break 1000fps? 3000x3000x32 res at 85fps+ will soon be a reality. Maybe some day, 64 bit color?
