I think I'm CPU limited at 640, but I'm fillrate limited at anything higher because of the sdram on the GF2 MX.
Here's higher res's with the 22.50's:
800x600x32 - 95.7fps 1024x768x32- 64.4fps
Yeah sure, I'm getting 60+ fps at 1024 in the timedemo, but load up a Terrain map from the mission pack and I'll be pushing 12 fps in some spots at that res. That's why I play at 640. So when the action get's heavy, my fps don't drop below a critical level.
screen freezes when i try to enable side-band addressing and have my AGP transfer rate at 4 x. never had this problem when using any other detonator drivers. hmmm
Celeron 566 @ 850, 384 ram, GeForce2 MX 400 32 megs.
