Four files are from Windows 2000 (build 4.0.1381...) Smells fishy..

I will have to agree these appear to be fakes or heavily tampered with. I don't advise the use of these until proven otherwise.

Yup, these are crap. Running XP Pro, screwed up my system (no video). Had to Safe mode and install last working ones.

I told u guys, when I tried the win98/ME version out. They are pretty much garbage.

These drivers are over 2 weeks old. Someone with power, please release something from this week. Thanks.

Here is how to install these drivers. If you currently have 27.something installed, install these like normal. If you have old drivers, go to your control panel and in add/remove programs, uninstall the old drivers. Then install these new ones after reboot. That is very important. I've been running these 27.30's for several hours now with no problems.

Some people complain about the nature test, the same thing appened to me with the 27.20 drivers, but after i switch my desktop resolution to 16bits or disabling v-sync, one of this resolved me problem, everything is ok now the nature test runs well. I´ve used NVMax 4.00.40. ;)

So, what version is the fastest and stable driver for Windows XP ?
data/avatar/default/avatar04.webp
I had 27.20's and put these in. It told me I had newer files and if I wanted to overwrite a few files so I told it NO and installed only the newer ones. I got a big mess of a driver now :D although it runs just fine...

You just wish that 4.0.1381.2730 was win2k that would be 5.0.1381.2730 and 6.0.1381.2730 for XP Nview.dll, NVshell.dll, DMcpl.exe are win9x versions. (scramble you're drivers together like ingredients for pudding) sigh...

Runs fine with me, only the files of NView where screwed, so i just used the ones from 27.20 Driver is running very well now on my sys.
data/avatar/default/avatar04.webp
true, but it runs better than the 27.20 (at least on my sys (XP-Proff)

Why does nobody ever say what card they have when they the drivers work or don't work. It's not exactly helpful to anyone. Maybe everyone with a Geforce3 is fine and everyone with a Geforce2 is having problems? we'll never know :(
