The best patch for Nimda has been out for years (it's called apache) and IIS has been fixed for quite a while too. Well at least Nimda is better than the 500 spyware apps that Gayspy include in thier free versions I guess.

Are you using the paid or game bundled version? I think they're clean. But last time I used the freebie version (over a year ago) ad-aware found it full of stuff, they might of cleaned it up since then though.
