we had some small issues with the softmods. we fixed it, and the new build is ready for beta testing.

I don't think that a soft-mod to enable the 4 extra pipes is physically possible since ATi cut the switch/circuit on the board. If you re-connect that circuit, then yes....but you'll have to physically modify the card to do it. I hope I'm wrong and there can be a soft-mod, but I'm really leaning towards "doubt it". :(
