Opera has built in no pop up support. Thats one reason I use it. No need to run another program. When MS gives IE the same feature, they will no longer be catering to the DMA, they will actually care about their customers.

Yes it does, I used to use it but now I use pop up killer instead as you can download preconfigured pop-up lists from their server.
