*sigh* Why do they keep doing mods for this old game?? Graphics are so horrible... blurry textures, low-poligon models

lol?? because Half Life is the only game which runs on every PC which looks really great for it's PC usage .... which simply make fun .... with good gore (i know there is much better but also much more f*ck) HL simply ownz it is a good old game the new games are simply overloaded with grafic bullshit like UT2k3 hey I wanna play a shooter not a pixel birthday

Well... put it this way the mods that use the HL engine are fun. Graphics dont account for fun! Why do you think that CS is internet #1 game? because its fun! yes it walks over all these new games including UT2K3, Quake and other engines! bit like comparing CS to Tactical Ops. Ok Tactical Ops has nice graphics but gameplay is as smooth and nice as CS. It might be more advanced but who cares? Its all about fun! I wouldnt be suprised if the CS team update there current mod to play on the new HL 2 engine that is due to be released. HL engine with updates doesnt have as many bugs in as these new engines! new engines require a lot more power to play.
