well myIE and avant does that too plus opera. the advantage of myie and avant is that you get EI compatible browsing (it uses ie engine) hence no problems with certain sites and homebanking in perticular, all in a tabbed layout with popup blocking and searchbars.

I've tried them all, Opera didn't fare so well with homebanking but Mozilla worked perfectly. I'm using Mozilla version "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624" Never had any trouble with it at all, much faster than ie, 10 tabbed pages uses far less resources than 10 ie pages, flash works perfect as well as shockwave, quicktime plugin is teh 1337. Even the Qplug works perfectly to view game servers with from inside the browser, unlike ie6. The only complaint I have is the newsgroups feature, it doesn't save the passwords like it is supposed to but other than that I am perfectly happy with it.
