I know the final powertoys came with one. Is this the same? I've used the beta version of the powertoys' one and I disliked it so I never installed the final version's. This MSDN release seems much faster and barely hogs up any memory.

I always have the same problem with this site. I cannot from them at all. They say if you have a translator or something running you cannot download from teir site. Well I do not have any such thing installed and I wrote them a email to complain but they did not fic this. So if anyone can get this file, please let me know.
