Warp2 and Tech-critic don't even once claim ownership of his software, hell they even promote it and link to the guys own website! This is obviously another case of a stuckup idiot feeling a need to boost his ego by making everyone come grovelling to him just for a chance to link his program on their site, he should be happy people are promoting and distibuting it while still giving him the credit. I just can't stand people on the 'net who call up lawyers and legal BS whenever they don't like something.

What a thoughtless and disrespectful comment. If he wants to be the sole distribution site for his own work, he is entitled to that. Whatever his reasons are, you should honor his wishes. No deep linking or mirroring.
