after installing this update i couldnt connect to internet, im using Surecom router, and accesing thru gateway in windows xp. I needed to uninstall that update to connect again, dont know what coused the problem...

Me too, after installing the update I couldn't connect to the internet via a simple dialup connection, and the IPSEC service fails to start! I uninstalled the update and everything is back to normal.
