i hope they fixed toe problem with the old ipod where the battery died after 18 month and you had to pay a $250 fee to have the ipod sent in and have the builtin battery replaced.

I would hold off on the buy for many reasons.. First of all its not a good deal, 4 gigs for 250$ is a rip! Second it should drop a lot in price after a while, seeing as not many people would pay 250$. When they can get a proper Ipod for 50$ more or a Dell 15 gig player for the SAME price..
