I really hope the courts make Intel pack this in once and for all. Their claims are bully tactics against many companies who do have the right to their names. Fair play if they want to legitimately protect their name, but this isnt the case! I feel so sorry for those that have to spend hard earned cash defending themselves against such BS. Intel deserve the lost sales they will get :)
