Hi there it the writer. I would of been willing to include the original which was written in MS word format, but due to security concerns I decided not to included this. I also tried to the lock the pages in place by using frames and disabling the right like so no-one could simple copy and paste it. The reason for all this, is because of security and that I might also considering getting this published as a book later on. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it and hope to release more things like this in the near future.

BTW as for offline viewing have you tried that feature of Internet Explorer?
