They were wrong about playing demos, You CAN play a .DEM file with timedemo without it having to be in the Half Life subdirectory, just put in the full path, i.e. timedemo c:demosmydemo.dem Put quotes around the filename if it has spaces.

oh another thing, the Geforce 4mx performance is amazing. They knew that mx users probably make up 50-60% of players. These guys really know how to program a game :)
