bunch of jackass's they are, this move would be ok if ALL non whql'ed drivers from all Companies would not be published, but as of now its jus nividia. And this really is a joke, ATI nvidia, almost every other gfx companys has optimiezed there drivers for 3dmark 2k1 why would ithey think it would be diff for 03? huh? As for me Aquakmark 3 looks to be a mutch better dx9 benchmark then 3dmark 03 every is gonna be.

I was under the impression that they WERE banning all un-official or non-WHQL certified drivers, but I've had it pointed out to me that you are correct and they've only banned the three nVidia sets.....so far. They mentioned that they're "moving towards a blanket policy of only allowing official or WHQL drivers for official results", but that ain't the same thing as actually HAVING that policy. I'm still glad they banned the nVidia 16FP sets since it'll force the spotlight on the whole 16/24/32FP issue with the FX & DX9, but I agree that they really aught to apply it to ALL manufacturers cards. (To which a confidential source at ATI replied, "Fine with us, we only release WHQL certified drivers anyways...10 times a year. :D )
