Firefox FireTune Utility Includes Useless Tweak(s)

It's not just Firetune, I've seen several windows tweak guides recommending this same switch. Funnily enough, even a few Firefox guides do - that's probably how Firetune picked up the tip too.

Actually, now that I think of it, the biggest placebo/misunderstood setting in Firefox is nglayout.initialpaint.delay
