A ban wont stop it being used here :) (UK)

The only thing the EU want is for there to be a version of Windows without Media Player, as they feel it'll make it more competitive for others (Real/Apple). There is however no blanket ban on downloading it. So will Europe not see WMP 10? Yes, we'll see it as much as anyone else will.
