Creative has also released an update for Audigy1 series cards, but it is only downloadable through autoupdate. Here is the name autoupdate uses "AUD_WEBUP_PCWDRV_1-84-40.exe" this file is 6.44MB file date same as Audigy2.

Having Probs getting this file using both the US and UK sites. Basically it decided to install driver version 3.83.. even tho i had version 441 installed. Tis now saying that there are no udates for my audigy 1 plat after ver 3.83 :S
