I'm hoping that id will relesae a demo a couple months in advance of the game release, like they normally do. That way I can see how my hardware holds up.

for some reason I am lookng forward to DOOM3 wayyy more than HL2,..... maybe counterstrike on the new HL2 engine would be more exciting than just HL2... i dunno thats just me tho,... and i tried both leaks also,... i just think DOOM3 is gonna be a good scary ass game,..... cant wait,.... i just hope it runs good on my PC or else will have to get it for my XBOX,....
