Interesting, I'm running DX beta 9 and have the same problems. I'm wondering how many of us that have the problem with AMD are using Geforce cards and if this happens with ATI or Matrox cards as well. I started using Riva Tunner for my G4 and sense then I haven't had a single problem. I have no idea why that would be, but I haven't had one crash in the last 3 days using it with 5 hrs straight today. Before using RIVA Tuner it would crash to desktop without a error message at least onece every few hrs.
